What happens if I have to cancel?
Our private boat charter cancellation policy is simple and strict, but fair. If you cancel with 24 hours or more notice you will receive a 100% refund less the $45 cancellation fee. No shows and cancellations within 24 hours of the tour, for any reason, are subject to the full cost of the tour or any deposit paid. We do not allow cancellations for less-than-ideal weather. If the weather is bad due to high winds, lightning, rain, storms in the area, or unsafe conditions, we will call you to cancel or move your reservation. Cancellations made by our staff or any other party due to bad weather will receive a full refund less $45 cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel any tour at any time due to any conditions deemed unsafe or any other unforeseen circumstances.
What happens if you need to change my charter?
We may need to cancel or reschedule your charter due to inclement weather, mechanical failure, or other circumstances.
How can we give a gratuity to the crew?
If you choose to extend a gratuity, you can give cash directly to the crew members who hosted your day.
What happens if the weather is bad causing my cruise ship not to dock on the day of my charter?
We work with you to reschedule and if we can’t find a time that is acceptable to you then we will refund all payments.
Do I make full payment when booking?
What is included in your tours?
We pick up and drop off (3-mile radius) we also provide water, beers, sodas, and some light snacks.
Will we be the only guests on your boat?
Yes, only you and your party.
I am coming in on a cruise where will you pick us up?
Please note that Cayman Island is a tendering Port so you will need to make your way to the tenders as soon as possible. We will pick you up from Hard Rock Cafe, just up the road from the Port.
Do we have to do all the stops included on the tour?
No, our tour is fully customizable for all scheduled stops.
I have a ride, where do we meet you?
We leave from 164 Yacht Drive Yacht Club West Bay Road.
Yes, in most cases, in the event that the boat is not available, we will provide a boat that is available.
All refunds are paid on the 15th of each month, for eg. refund claims in January will be paid out on/by February 15.
