What should I wear for the boat tour?
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for being out on the water. Don’t forget to bring a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen for sun protection.
Is there a restroom on the boat?
Onboard our boat, there are no restroom facilities available. However, restrooms are conveniently located at the starting point of the tour as well as at designated stops during the trip. We encourage guests to use the facilities before boarding to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience out on the water. Please let our crew know if you need to make a restroom stop during the tour, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Are food and drinks provided on the boat tour?
Light snacks and beverages may be provided depending on the tour package. Feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks as well.
Will there be a guide on board to provide information during the tour?
Yes, our experienced guides will be on board to share interesting facts about the sights, wildlife, and marine life you encounter during the tour.
Are life jackets provided on the boat?
Yes, life jackets are provided for all passengers and are mandatory to wear while onboard the boat.
What is the Cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour time to receive a full refund, minus a $45 processing fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour time are not eligible for a refund. We appreciate your understanding as this policy allows us to better manage our resources and provide the best possible experience for all of our guests.

What happens in case of bad weather or rough seas?
Your safety is our top priority. In the event of inclement weather or rough seas, the tour may be rescheduled or canceled for the safety and comfort of all passengers. We will do our best to accommodate you with an alternative option or provide a refund if necessary.

 Yes, feel free to bring your camera or GoPro to capture the beautiful scenery and marine life during the tour. Just make sure to secure your devices properly to prevent any accidents.
